In deze privacyverklaring lees je alles over de manier waarop jouw persoonsgegevens worden verzameld en hoe daarmee omgegaan wordt. The Lemonbird verwerkt je persoonsgegevens doordat je gebruik maakt van mijn diensten en/of omdat je deze gegevens zelf aan mij verstrekt.

The Lemonbird verwerkt jouw persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doelen:
- Het afhandelen van jouw betaling
- Om bestellingen bij je af te leveren
- Om je te kunnen bellen of e-mailen indien dit nodig is om mijn dienstverlening uit te kunnen voeren
- Het verzenden van mijn nieuwsbrief indien je je daarvoor aangemeld hebt
- Het analyseren van jouw gedrag op deze website om daarmee de website te verbeteren en het aanbod van producten en diensten af te stemmen op jouw voorkeuren
- The Lemonbird verwerkt ook persoonsgegevens als ik hier wettelijk toe verplicht ben, zoals gegevens die ik nodig heb voor mijn belastingaangifte.
Hoe lang ik persoonsgegevens bewaar
The Lemonbird bewaart je persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor je gegevens worden verzameld. Bijvoorbeeld: Wanneer je een bestelling plaatst, bewaar ik de door jouw verstrekte persoonsgegevens voor 7 jaar zodat ik kan voldoen aan mijn wettelijke, financiële en contractuele verplichtingen.
Delen van persoonsgegevens met derden
The Lemonbird verkoopt jouw gegevens niet aan derden en zal deze uitsluitend verstrekken indien dit nodig is voor de uitvoering van mijn overeenkomst met jou of om te voldoen aan een wettelijke verplichting. Met bedrijven die jouw gegevens verwerken in mijn opdracht, sluit ik een verwerkersovereenkomst om te zorgen voor eenzelfde niveau van beveiliging en vertrouwelijkheid van jouw gegevens.

Om er zeker van te zijn dat het verzoek tot inzage door jou is gedaan, vraag ik jou een kopie van je identiteitsbewijs met het verzoek mee te sturen. Maak in deze kopie je pasfoto, de strook met nummers onderaan het paspoort, paspoortnummer en burgerservicenummer (BSN) zwart. Dit ter bescherming van je privacy. Ik reageer zo snel mogelijk, maar binnen 28 dagen, op jouw verzoek.
Hoe ik persoonsgegevens beveilig
Ik neemt de bescherming van jouw gegevens serieus. Mijn website is daarom beveiligd door middel van een SSL certificaat.

Keeping your information
I’ll hold on to your information for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as is required to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions.
At the end of that retention period your data will either be deleted completely or anonymised – for example by aggregation with other data so that it can be used in a non-identifiable way for statistical analysis and planning.

This can be done by logging into your online account and updating your marketing preferences, using the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any newsletter sent from The Lemonbird , or by contacting The Lemonbird. I aim to stop sending you newsletters within 14 days of your request.
- The right to withdraw consent for any consent-based processing. This can be done by contacting The Lemonbird.

I use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps me analyse data about web page traffic and improve my website in order to tailor it to customer needs. I only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.
